Faith

Faith was the name of my best friend in High School and though the years the miles have moved us 3000 miles apart, however we have stayed friends all this time! Faith was reliable, kind, helpful – all those good traits you wish in a ‘best friend’. But this Faith is not the Faith that we know if following Jesus. Faith is belief in things unseen but with confidence you can believe Jesus will not fail you. People fail you many times over, but through the years and in hard times, I have found that Jesus NEVER Fails His children.
I saw a sign recently that said “Faith is not Faith until Jesus is all you are holding onto.” Consider that phrase – who do you put your Faith in ? Who are you holding onto?
